The SEEN Group Pty Limited (ABN 81 695 428 972) operates this public website from Queensland, Australia. This notice applies to website visits and messages sent to our public business email address.

Backstage TP and Proof GRC are in development. QuoteMaker is in early access in Australia and maintains its own product-specific privacy notice. Product handling is not described by this group website notice.

This website has no account registration, public upload or web contact form. It does not require advertising or third-party analytics scripts to render.

If you choose to email us, we may receive the name and address associated with your email account, your message, attachments you include and any other information you choose to provide. The infrastructure used to deliver and protect the website may process standard request information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security signals.

Please do not send credentials, secrets, health information or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and we have agreed on an appropriate channel.

If you contact us from outside Australia, your message may be transferred to and handled in Australia and through the systems of our service providers. You may contact us for the current processing-location record relevant to your enquiry.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, relationship, security purpose, legal obligation or legitimate business record. Retention periods vary with the context.
